We are a professional appraising firm that deals in estate liquidations, business liquidations, and in the appraising and consignment selling of personal property items.

Our staff is made up of ten individuals whose knowledge and experience with antiques, collectibles, furniture, artwork and jewelry is realistic and respected.  Each person is multi-talented. Some of them have experienced ownership of specialty shops.

Diane Lee herself is a recognized appraiser of personal property. In fact that's how she began Diane Lee's, Inc. in 1979 when more and more people sought her out for appraisals.

Helpful service is our hallmark. Appraisals generate all our other activities. When we are called on for Estate or Business Liquidations, we go to a client's place, appraise and price everything. We ask them to keep what they wish, but to throw away nothing. That includes dishrags and dustcloths. You'd be surprised at what's saleable!  We sell as much as we can on-premises. 

We're very careful to see that the house, or store is as immaculate as possible during the sale. We hire security personnel. When the sale is complete, the house or store is left empty and broom-clean. We try to make this a full service effort to accommodate the needs of a client. Our charge for this service is a commission based on a percentage of the total sales.

People have a need for our services. During good economic times, they often ask us to dispose of unwanted items when they buy new homes or remodel. Or they come to us seeking replacement items.

During less favorable economic times, people need a place where they can sell items on a confidential basis. In moderate economic times, we find that people move for a variety of reasons, and they again ask for our help in this important task.

Usually, we hold our estate liquidation sales on Saturdays and Sundays at the residential address of the estate. Business liquidation sales can be held on any day and at any time preferred by the client. Appraisals By Appointment.
